REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience

    Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in the real estate industry.

  • Education

    B.Arch, B.Tech Civil, Interior Designer or equivalent qualifications.

  • Communication Skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

  • Industry Knowledge

    Understanding of the construction industry, particularly in finishing works, is advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a competent and trustworthy Outbound Sales Specialist to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering new projects, pursuing new sales prospects, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calling

    Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase Home Inspection services

  • Developing

JOB DESCRIPTION

The QC Inspector would be responsible for conducting inspections based on predefined checklists in ready to move in residential or commercial properties and stage wise structural & finishing inspections when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • residential properties

    Visit different residential properties located all across the city for inspection.

  • Quality inspection

    Quality inspection would involve inspecting flooring, wall finish, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, wood works etc.

  • Measurement

    Measurement of the carpet area of the property. Answer any customer queries with regards to the inspection. Search for projects that are getting delivered in their respective city and coordinate with sales team (whenever required).

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with clients and answer their queries. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
