The QC Inspector would be responsible for conducting inspections based on predefined checklists in ready to move in residential or commercial properties and stage wise structural & finishing inspections when required.
Visit different residential properties located all across the city for inspection.
Quality inspection would involve inspecting flooring, wall finish, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, wood works etc.
Measurement of the carpet area of the property. Answer any customer queries with regards to the inspection. Search for projects that are getting delivered in their respective city and coordinate with sales team (whenever required).
