Once the Inspection of your property is complete and the builder/contractor claims to have rectified all the defects reported in the Inspection Report, you can get a Re-Inspection done. During Re-Inspection PropChk engineers shall check whether every defect reported in the Inspection Report has been properly fixed or not. If our Engineers are not satisfied with the resolution, they will report the defect as “Not Fixed” or “Partially Fixed”. It is to be noted that no new defects shall be reported during re-inspection. Only the defects that were reported during Inspection will be checked. Re-Inspection is strongly recommended in order to close the loop and confidently move into your new home.
